Rolling Mill

Our rolling mill, which has a closed area of approximately 45,000 m², operates with an annual production capacity of 1,250,000 tons. The furnace, which offers hot and cold charging, has a chimney height of approximately 70 meters. Capable of producing at 45 m/s, the rolling mill can produce ribbed rebar in the range of 8-65 mm. The packaging unit consists of 2 units that can tie bars up to 18 meters long. The water facilities are built with environmental sustainability in mind, with closed-circuit pools and osmosis systems. Automation and electrical systems are equipped with high-tech equipment.
